We'd actually visited another major lodge manufacturer and paid them a deposit before we heard about Ashwood Timber. After meeting Graham and Sheryl and viewing their workshop and show home we immediately cancelled our order and began discussions with Ashwood Timber on how we wanted our lodge custom built. We found nothing was too much trouble, and have been able to design our home to perfectly suit our family needs.
We are really pleased with our new home and people who have visited our log cabin are always amazed by it. You would really struggle to tell the difference between a coventional home and our log cabin.
Some people mentioned to us that they thought it might be cold in the winter, but our lodge is really warm, light and airy and we couldnt be happier with the result.
We would happily recommend Ashwood Timber, which is well run by Graham and Sheryl, to anyone that is thinking of buying a new home.
