Your professionalism and personal care/attention to detail meant that my hut was perfect, & just what I wanted! Your finishing showed your high standard of workmanship, & amazing value for money! Even when the snow put pay to the original delivery date, your gesture of good will in the form of financial compensation, was most unexpected, & welcomed! You kept me informed every step of the way, & your photo diary was wonderful, left no chance of mistakes!

Having seen one of Ashwood's huts (belonging to Mike & Noni) and heard their warm recommendation, I am now delighted to have taken possession of my own custom built version. From the word go, Sheryl and Graham have been rock solid, so easy to discuss the details and very patient with all the specific bits and pieces which required careful juggling and fitting. There were quite a few fiddly things to include, (cooker, tiny sink unit, the right height for the bunk bed, shelf and wardrobe cubby hole) and they made it feel that anything was possible.  I am really thrilled with my comfortable den and so grateful for the kind warmth and attention to all my requests. I also think that for the price, it is fantastic value. I will be letting my house soon and have no doubt that I will have no difficulty in making this my living space (the stove makes it very toasty!)

Thanks for checking up that the Shepherd's Hut arrived safe and sound. Yes, no problem sharing my comments.  The hut is absolutely beautiful. Even more elegant than I imagined. It was an enormous surprise for my wife, who is thrilled to bits with it. She is already planning to use it for regular afternoon teas with her girlfriends. Many thanks for delivering exactly what I wanted and keeping me well informed with updates and pictures throughout.

"From the initial meeting through to completion we were kept updated during the construction of the hut, either via email or Graham would ring us. Even thought we live over 100 miles away it felt as if the hut was being built just down the road. When the snow affected the delivery date even that wasn't a problem and was conveniently re-arranged.
 
On inspection after delivery, everything was exactly as promised and of a high standard of finish. If we had the need of another hut we would definitely use Graham and Aswood Timber again."

The service we received from you and your lovely wife was excellent, friendly and good natured.   My hut was made as I asked for it to be done and I am delighted with it.   Even delivery to our awkward spot in mid Wales wasn't a problem!   The hut arrived in perfect condition and remained so even after being moved over the rugged surface of our cobbled courtyard!
